Refund Policy
Xing Bao Ku PTE LTD — Effective: January 2026
1. Pre-Paid Credits
Pre-paid credit packages (Starter, Growth, Business, Enterprise) are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law.
2. Subscription Plans
If you are on a subscription plan:
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
- If we terminate your service for a reason other than your breach, we will provide a pro-rata refund.
3. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been incorrectly billed, contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue corrections as appropriate.
4. Service Outages
Extended service outages (exceeding 24 consecutive hours) may qualify for service credits. Contact us with details of the outage for evaluation.
5. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@kopiaiagent.com
- Include your account details, transaction ID, and reason for the refund request
- We will respond within 5 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method
6. Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider without first contacting us, we may suspend your account until the dispute is resolved.
