• Sharing API keys or credentials with unauthorized parties
• Reselling access without authorization
• Rate limit circumvention or denial-of-service attempts

2.4 Spam and Automation Abuse

• Sending unsolicited bulk messages through the Service
• Creating automated bots that violate platform terms of service
• Generating spam, scam, or misleading content at scale

3. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you generate through the Service. You must ensure that your use complies with:

• The laws of Singapore and your local jurisdiction
• The terms of any platforms where you publish AI-generated content
• Applicable industry regulations (e.g., financial services, healthcare)

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy
• Throttle or limit access for abusive usage patterns
• Report illegal activities to relevant authorities
• Retain evidence of violations for legal proceedings
